Liabilities

While undertaking Tours, Transportation, Hotel Accommodation and other Services only act as an agent on the clear understanding that it shall not be in any way, responsible or liable for any accident, damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. All booking are accepted with most care, yet not responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond company's control. The company reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that this act or conduct is offensive OR incompatible with the comfort of other clients and the company shall be under no further liability thereafter to such person.

PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES 

Domestic Sector Airticket as mentioned in the Itinerary. 
All Airport / Hotel / Airport Transfer by Car or Coach AC / NAC. 
Accommodation on twin sharing Basis. 
Sight Seeigngs as mentioned in the Itinerary by Car or Coach AC / NAC. 
Meals as indicate. 
Jungle Jeep Safari / Elephant Safari / Camel Safari as mentioned in the Itinerary. 
Assistant Charges at all Airports as mentioned in the Itinerary. 
Service Charges and Govt. Room Taxes. 
Train Tickets as mentioned in the Itinerary.

PACKAGE PRICE EXCLUDES

Expenses of a personal nature such as beverages, laundry, room service, telephone charges, excess baggage charges, camera charges, personal and baggage insurance. 
Items not mentioned as included in the package.

REFUND

After commencement of Travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services includes in the program which are not utilized.

HOTEL CHECK IN- CHECK OUT TIME
Hotel Check in - Check out time 12 noon. Extended check in - check out time may be granted subject to availability and agreement by the participating hotels.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the Tour member responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas, where necessary.

TOUR CANCELLATIONS
The following cancellation fees will be charged for any cancellation made, irrespective of the reason. 

Before 15 Days only Communication Charges will be charged. 
15 Days prior to the departure date. 20% of the Cost. 
03 Days prior to the departure date. 50% of the Cost. 
Cancellation on the day of the departure or No. Show. 100% of the Cost.
